Privacy policy

You can read every public page without telling us anything. This site runs no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking, and it sets no cookies for visitors.

Our hosting provider records ordinary web server logs, including IP addresses, to keep the service running and to defend it against abuse. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.

If you apply for a position, we collect your name, email address, phone number, résumé, and anything you choose to write in the additional information field.

Résumés are held in private storage that is unreachable from the public internet, and are only ever served back to signed-in ISEA staff whose role permits it. We do not publish them, sell them, or pass them to recruiters or job boards.

We keep applications so that we can consider you for the role you applied for and for later openings. Write to us at the address below to ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it.

ISEA sends operational text messages to its own employees and incoming hires, and only where that person has given a mobile number and signed a consent statement. How that consent is collected is set out on our SMS consent page.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent and opt-in data are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes, and are not shared with third parties for their own purposes at all. They are handled only by ISEA and by the messaging provider that carries the message on our behalf.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. We record the opt-out so the messages stop, and it does not affect email or Microsoft Teams notifications.

Parts of this site are restricted to ISEA staff and require a Microsoft account issued by ISEA. Signing in sets a session cookie, which is what keeps you signed in as you move between pages. It is strictly necessary for that purpose and is used for nothing else.

Your name, email address, and roles come from the ISEA directory. This site reads them; it is not where they are changed.

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top of it. Material changes affecting employees will also be communicated directly.
